- the rectangle stone depicting the invitation of Buddha Sheltered by Naga's Hood consisting of a group of people supporting the palanquin with Naga’s head on the end part and the Buddha Sheltered by Naga's Hood above, the regalia in frontal part, and the lotus umbrella. The frontal part displaying people to carry an offering.

- be damaged, displaying a cracked trail and the pattern is faded.

- it is a lintel of Prasat Phimai that was delivered to the Phimai National Museum on August, 1994.
