- Lintel depicting person sitting with left-knee up inside of arch frame. This person is on the throne above Kala face. Kala face sticks out its tongue as triangle shape and spits a garland out. A row of round-shaped can be seen on the upper part. The row of hermits press the hands together at the chest that side by side with leave patterns is above.

- Found by the excavation at the middle brick temple of Prasat Muang Tam, Prakhon Chai District, Buriram Province. The 9th office of Archaeology and National Museum offered to Phimai National Museum on 23rd August 1997.
