Prang Song Phi Nong consists of the principal temple that its architecture was influenced by ancient Khmer on a square layout with the expansion of angles. The base platform is made of laterite unlike the relic housing that is bricked. It faces out the west, whereas, the brotherly tiny temple houses on the south but they are sharing the same platform. Additionally, the passageways and small buildings for rituals are found. There are Baphuon-Ankor Wat sculptures of Solar God, lingam, yoni Nandi bulls and engraved lintels of Uma Mahesuan found from the archaeological excavation. It is said to build around 16th – 17th Buddhist century for Hindu temple but it was changed into a construction of Mahayana Buddhism later.
