- There are scripts on four sides. It mentions to the devotional lyric of King Uthai Thitayavarman II, the bestowing of person and land to the master to build the shrine at Patara Niketana city. Also mentions to Brahmin lineage and king's ancestry about 200 years ago. The 4th side defined 971 S.E. (1595 B.E.). This inscription is important for the study of Khmer king's ancestry as well as the worth of Prasat Sdok Kok Thom in the past.
